A-1 Shredding, Inc. is proud to announce that Cynthia (Cindy) Myiow is one of a limited number of information security professionals nationwide to be authorized as a distributor for a new Information Destruction Policy Compliance Toolkit. The “Toolkit”, available free of charge, is designed to help organizations develop the written information destruction procedures now required by law. According to the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), most organizations in the U.S. report that they currently do not comply with this requirement and, therefore, are at risk. The Toolkit is the first and only publication to specifically address information destruction policy development with a goal of making compliance with the laws easy and understandable.

Regularly Schedule Service: This is a shredding service which might occur weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or a custom program to meet your needs. You receive the appropriate number of free locking bins or consoles to in which to place your confidential information under lock and key until we come shred it.

Purge or One-time Service: Call us when you have a volume of confidential material you want shredded. Because of our extremely fast mobile document shredding truck, we will be done shredding your material in the fastest time possible.

Your responsibility is to protect confidential information from the time it is created until destroyed.
